Phreesia, NYSE: PHR, is looking for an Account Executive with demonstrated success in exceeding an individual quota & converting multiple SaaS contracts and purchase orders on a consistent monthly basis. Expect support from all levels of Phreesia to help you set proper expectations and win business expeditiously - from strategy with senior managers to converting leads from our Sales Development Team to technical consultations with our Customer Solutions Team.

What You'll Do:

  • Meet assigned objectives, growth metrics & quotas by meeting and exceeding individual and team net new contracts

  • Lead client expansions, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and handle re-contracting with existing clients

  • Have knowledge to successfully demo platform of Services & Products

  • Build and manage an active pipeline, targeting ideal prospects that meet our revenue profiles

  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Client Services, Client Success, Support, and Phreesia Leadership to meet growth objectives & clients' expectations

  • Utilize CRM tools to document sales activity, deal progression, and prospect/customer communication

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Market Leadership on complex pricing options for large clients

  • Participate in cross-functional cadence calls, both internal & external

  • Represent Sales in client escalation & retention efforts

  • Help build & deliver client business reviews to showcase value, driving utilization/expansion

  • Write client-ready proposals and executive-level presentations

  • Participate in demand generation activities (webinars, trade shows, customer events, etc.)

  • Assist in sales training with the new hire demand generation team

  • Stay up to date on industry environment and benchmarks

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2 years successful tenure in Sales or Client Services

  • SaaS oriented - adoption, utilization, value assessment all imperative

  • Solid organizational skills with ability to multi-task

  • Determined self-starter& entrepreneurial spirit

  • Works well both independently and as a team player

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills

  • Excellent presentation & product demonstration skills

  • Experience managing a pipeline within a CRM software tool such as Salesforce.com

  • Experience in a remote-selling mode using a structured sales process with a variety of stakeholders

  • When re-initiated, ability to travel on-site to meet with clients as needed
