An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Workday HCM Analyst in Southern Oregon! One of Southern Oregon’s best hospitals is looking for a Workday Administrator to join their HR team and oversee Workday HCM software, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Absences and Recruiting functions for the Hospital.

This Hospital is looking for a Senior Administrator of Workday Software to oversee all Human Resources functions through the Workday HCM HR Management software. The HCM Administrator should be able to:

  • Develop and configure modules within Workday as assigned.
  • Act as a technical point of contact between different functional departments.
  • Troubleshoot problems and conduct tests to assist in issue resolution and process improvement.
  • Support all aspects of Workday modules.
  • Assist and mentor others on “How To” questions with Workday.
  • Develop customized reports or business processes.
