The Oncology Service Line Administrator will be leading a
highly-skilled team of healthcare professionals with a hospital

Responsibilities as the Oncology Service Line Administrator
include supervising and mentoring staff, fostering a collaborative
environment, encouraging professional development, and upholding
compliance and quality standards. This individual will also report
to the hospital CEO and act as a liaison with department Physicians
to resolve clinical issues and participate in hospital committees
and initiatives as well as work with Human Resources to conduct
employee appraisals and develop performance expectations.
