About the Job We have an exciting opportunity for a professional Facility Administrator possessing a combination of skills and credentials to provide daily managerial oversight of our Madrone Ridge Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) in Junction City, Oregon. The Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall operations and success of the program, and must be able to coordinate and maintain a professional relationship with ColumbiaCare employees, the State of Oregon, and other professional agencies providing services. The Facility Administrator is also responsible for maintaining up-to-date personnel, client and program records, including the accounting of client and facility funds, training and activity records, and medical and health supports. The Facility Administrator supervises and evaluates staff and is responsible for staff scheduling to ensure adequate client supervision and support. They must be knowledgeable about personnel policies, OAR, and the applicable rules and standards of other pertinent regulatory agencies such as OSHA. Work is primarily performed at the program, but administrators must be accessible by phone during other hours for emergency purposes. This position is required to be on call at times, which can include working weekends and some overtime and overnight shifts if there is a business need. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm What You'll MakeStarting at $5,000+ per month DOE/Credentials. About the ProgramMadrone Ridge is a new state-licensed, Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) opening in July of 2022. This program serves up to 8 adults who require Aid and Assist services. Clients receive restoration services, competency assessment, mental health rehabilitation services, and personal care supports in a secure residential setting. The facility is located on the OSH Junction City Hospital campus in a home-like, ADA-accessible cottage. What You'll Need1 out of 3 Criteria below:Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field; OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable mental health experience working with individuals living with a serious mental illness in a supervised social service setting; OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education in addition to satisfactory supplemental mental health experience and training Two (2) years of supervisory experience is preferred.Successful applicants MUST have a valid Oregon driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check About UsColumbiaCare Services is a non-profit, behavioral health and Veteran's service agency offering a full spectrum of programming to help people get better.
