The Direct Support Professional - Mental Health is responsible for
delivery of services to individuals residing in a Residential
Treatment Home following a personalized service plan. It is the
responsibility of the DSP to provide direct supportive services to
residents of the home, who experience severe and persistent mental
Status: Full Time 30 Hour Full Time
Shift: Full Time and On Call relief available.
Thursday-Saturday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM with alternating Wednesdays (30
hours one week, 40 hours the next)
Sunday-Tuesday 8:30 PM -6:30 AM (30 hours a week)
Tuesday, Thursday-Saturday 11-9 (40 hours a week)
Wednesday - Saturday 8:30PM - 6:30AM (40 hours)
Starting wage: $17.00 an hour(Night shifts additional $.75 an hour
and companion shift additional $.50 an hour)
Wage Scale: $17.00 - $20.54
Reports to: Housing Manager
' High school graduate or equivalent.
' Current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record
' Ability to pass background check screening
' Minimum of one (1) year education and/or experience in mental
illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties or other related
