Willamette Family is seeking Maintenance staff to join our facilities team. If you have a strong work ethic and have an eye for detail this might be the fit for you! With several locations in the Eugene-Springfield area, the maintenance team is essential in keeping our facilities in outstanding condition. About the agency: Willamette Family is a longstanding substance use treatment and behavioral healthcare provider that strives to support our community. Compensation: $18/ HrSigning Bonus: $2000.00 Signing Bonus; Paid in two increments $1000.00 after Initial Hire and $1000.00 at the successful completion of the 6-month evaluation period. Minimum Qualifications:

• Able to lift up to 50lbs-100lbs frequently
• Have a broad range of skills in and not limited to simple electrical, plumbing, painting, and construction.
• Valid driver's license, and have a clean driving record for the most recent 3 years Employee Benefits include:
