This position involves talking with vetted property leads on the
phone, setting property inspection appointments, negotiating with
sellers over the phone, negotiating with the seller to come to an
agreeable price, following up with prior leads, and logging and
maintaining management reporting metrics. It involves working with
title companies, title attorneys, lenders, and buyers and sellers
to ensure the transaction moves from contract to closing smoothly.
This means adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining a polite,
professional demeanor with all parties involved.

--- Understanding the multiple exit strategies utilized by our
--- Prioritizing and attending appointments as quickly as
--- Manage leads within the company CRM - Logging all contact
attempts, conversations had, and any other details that are
relevant to the property. This is critical for team continuity.
--- Analysis of each lead opportunity, including confirming the ARV
(After Repair Value) of each appointment
--- Building rapport with potential sellers and understanding the
motivation of each seller
--- Negotiating a purchase price that maximizes the earning
potential of each lead
--- Ongoing follow-up while still a viable lead
--- Ongoing assistance or support for properties under contract
--- Meeting and exceeding sales quota
--- Network with buyers and sellers in and around surrounding
--- Significant time spent on the phone with new inbound leads and
--- Attend networking and social events with landlords, investors,
and other real estate professionals
--- Attend Lunch-N-Learns about how to analyze property conditions
and estimate repairs
--- Reading books, blogs, and podcasts about Real Estate
--- 2 years of previous Sales Experience is required
--- Ability to overcome objections
