Job Description:

" 5+ years of IT solutions experience on Salesforce landscape
" Mandatory to have experience with LWC/AURA development with Service Cloud projects and must have worked on Case Management, Knowledge Management, etc.
" Experience in performing setup and developments on the Service Cloud console/Community Cloud/Sales Cloud
" Experience in working with SFDC APIs, SOQL, SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, XML, and JavaScript
" Experience working with Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Lightning and Reports and Dashboards
" Good understanding of integration patterns and Salesforce capabilities when facing integrations with external system
