Membership Salesforce/CRM Associate

Job Summary:Talent Software Services is in search of a -Membership Salesforce/CRM Associate - for a contract position that can be worked 100% remotely. -The opportunity will be eleven months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• 
  
• The salesforce/CRM associate will assist the membership team with data entry and data integrity reporting and updates (e.g. cross referencing complex lists of accounts and contacts).
  
• Contact/Bounceback Updates: Maintain, research, and update membership contacts.
  
• Committee Management: Manage entry of Committee assignments and Ongoing review of contact information for 250+ key contacts.
  
• Link Member Applications: Complete process of researching and linking member applicant accounts/contacts to Salesforce accounts/contacts. Creation of applicant opportunity.
  
• Link Nominations: Complete Process of researching and linking nominations contacts to Salesforce contacts.
  
• General Inbox Backup: Monitor Gov/Mem inboxes when staff are out of office or working events.
  
• Data Analysis Support: Update Key data fields as needed to support analytics work (e.g. researching and adding missing data fields)
