AssuredPartners seeks a Personal Lines Sales Professional to join a team of successful Commercial and Personal Lines Producers in our Eugene, Oregon office. As a member of our sales team, you will be charged with building a book of business by creating a network of trusted contacts, partnering with other individuals in the agency to cross and team sell, delivering presentations in your local community, and cold calling potential customers. To be successful, you must have a strong, positive personality and a can-do attitude.The Ideal CandidateLoves to network! You have and can create a strong network of contacts in real estate, mortgage origination and financial services to refer you leadsWants to help others by sharing knowledge. This may involve speaking at community events, appearing on news broadcastsDevelops strong relationships with teammates and enjoys both individual and team successResponsibilitiesCreate a network of industry insiders to refer you businessFind and maintain creative ways to build yourself as a community resource for insurance in the areaPresent at community meetings and conventions on the importance of Personal Lines insuranceCross-sell with other Producers in the organizationUsing our Sales Tools, identify and cold contact potential clientsFollow up on leads and close business with a consultative approachOther duties as assignedQualificationsProperty & Casualty LicenseProven experience in customer service and sales; 2+ years of insurance brokerage experience preferredExcellent organizational skillsMust possess valid US driver's license.
