Job Title: Helpdesk Executive




1. Respond to calls, webchats, and emails from end users
2. Perform initial diagnosis and support of incidents and service requests
3. Coordinate with field support teams for onsite support
4. Track status of incident and service request tickets
5. Create, update, and maintain knowledge articles in the knowledge management system.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
7. Windows, Unix, Networking and Cloud Knowledge
8. Ticketing Tools knowledge
9. Ready to work in shift (7x11 support)
