**Technical Document Processing Coordinator** **Description** At

Technical Document Processing Coordinator is responsible for
producing accurate and timely client deliverables. Technical
Document Processing Coordinator work closely with our client-facing
professionals and Technical Processing team and display strong
technical skills, strong organizational and communication skills
while balancing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Results Focus. **Responsibilities:** + Create, edit and format
client deliverables (e.g. financial statements, annual reports,
proposals, presentations, etc.) in an accurate and timely manner +
Prepare and format initial drafts of documents, including Word and
Excel documents, as well as PowerPoint presentations + Organize and
communicate project deadlines, status updates and workflow
questions + Review and proofread documents for accuracy +
Proactively plan work to meet assigned timelines + Understand and
implement all quality control standards + Coordinate and assist
with copying, binding, and shipping of client deliverables + Other
projects as assigned **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma/GED
required; Bachelor's Degree preferred + Minimum of 1 year of
related experience required; experience in a professional services
environment preferred + Must be legally authorized to work in the
United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not
consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for
employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status) +
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
suite + Demonstrated experience contributing to team projects +
Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities
meet deadlines + Ability to interact and communicate with
individuals at all levels + Demonstrates ability to problem solve +
High attention to detail and accuracy; with strong proofreading
skills + Client service oriented (both internal and external) +
Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner + Ability
to travel as needed, approximately 5% + May require some overtime

Greater Seattle Area: $44,000-$66,000 Compensation Range for
Washington State (excluding Greater Seattle Area): $42,000-$63,000
Compensation Range for Greater Bay Area: $51,000-$72,000
Compensation Range for California (excluding Greater Bay Area):
$45,000-$67,000Compensation Range for Colorado: $42,000-$63,000
