We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate investment counselor for our team at B2R Properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with investors. Compensation: $100,000 and above per year * Investment counselors are paid at 1% of the cost of construction. -Construction costs are $250,000 and above * Successful counselors should sell 5 new construction deals a month or more. -* Health benefits package after 3 months

Responsibilities:
--- Follow up on leads for interested investors
--- Guide prospective investors to set up an online zoom consultation
--- Gain an understanding of prospective investors goals and objective
--- Guide investors through our three-step investing process
--- Provide investors the necessary local market information
--- Explain lending options for investors and Introduce investors to lenders that fit -their respective investment needs
--- Connect investors to our property management partners
--- Work with clients to find land on the MLS or off-market opportunities our team is putting under contract

Qualifications:
--- 3 years real estate investing experience or more
--- Personally own rental property
--- Has superb interpersonal and communication & negotiation skills
--- 2+ Years sales proven track record in sales
--- Strong work ethic
--- Self-motivated
--- IT literate (CRM, email, Microsoft Office, Buildertrend)
--- Solid understanding of cash flow property investing
--- Understand real estate investment proformas
--- General understanding of land development and construction is a plus
