A lot of practices talk about having a great "Quality of Life", but you still have to see 20+ patients per day, have a limit of time for initial consults and put you on a productivity based compensation model after 1-2 years.

That is not what this practice in Western Oregon does..

• You will only see 8-10 patients per day
• You have a base salary every year, and there is ZERO productivity
• 10k Sign On Bonus
• 10k Moving Reimbursement
• 18k housing stipend for year 1

This is a practice for providers that want to spend time with their family, not be exhausted and stressed out when they get home and be able to really treat patients and the root cause of complications. This practice is also for families that love the outdoors, want access to cities but don't want to live in them (the city is 30K people).

Private Clinic - Very Little Managed Care or Underinsured

• Mostly Adults - Some Kids & Geriatrics
• Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, Dentistry, Endo & More

M-F 8a-5p, NO call - 8-10 Patients a Day

• Dragon Dictation (Potential for Scribes)

Perpetual Base Salary (Never Goes to Production)
