Program (EAP) & Tobacco Cessation Program About the Job We have an
opening for a On Call Crisis Clinician who possess a combination of
skills and QMHP credentials to provide clinical services. Reports
to the clinical manager for day-to-day supervision and work
assignments. In this position QMHP's are responsible for performing
a Provisional Assessment for individuals experiencing crisis. The
QMHP will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to
facility staff and liaison with other community providers. In
addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which
requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and
techniques. Work Schedule: Day/Swing/NOC, hours flexible and TBD
What You'll Make$28.00 - $36.00 an hour DOE/Credentials. An
additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential will apply
during the work hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am. Additional 5% Language
Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates
(Spanish/English desired). About the Program Hourglass Community
Crisis Center is a program designed to provide 24/7 support to
individuals who suffer from mental illness. This Crisis Center will
be available 24/7 to accept individuals referred by law
enforcement, community providers and individuals themselves for
mental health crisis assessment, stabilization, and active linkages
to community providers for same-day or next-day follow-up support
services.ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. QMHP employees are
also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan
Repayment Program. What You'll NeedYou must be registered as a QMHP
through MHACBO or become registered within 30 days of hire.
Eligibility for QMHP registration requires:Master's Degree in
Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fieldSuccessful
applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver's license, maintain
a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal
background check. Physical Requirements: This position requires the
ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, sit,
stand, walk, reach; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40
pounds. It may require the ability to occasionally climb stairs and
ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks
as applicable. In addition, you must successfully
complete?crisis?de-escalation and CPR trainings, which require
performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.
