Administrator contributes to the development, implementation, and
administration of global compensation programs, policies, and
procedures. Manages common compensation functions, including job
evaluation, salary structure development and administration, salary
increases and other associated initiatives. Job Duties:
Compensation Administrator ensures that base pay and incentive pay
remain internally equitable and externally competitive. Coordinate
closely with HRBPs, HRAs, finance, legal, payroll, and tax relative
to assignments. Interprets existing policies and recommends changes
that drive improvement in workforce efficiency and profitability.
Provide analytic and modeling support for the design and
implementation of compensation program. Prioritizes work, works
with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria and
provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex
projects. Requires 3 - 6 years of experience and a Bachelor's
