We attract the best workforce by offering great compensation and benefits, a safe and inclusive work environment, and ongoing training and career development.We know that as you grow, we grow - so join the team and let's grow together.For more information about us, please visit our website.About the OpportunityCurrently, we are seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to join our team in either Longview, WA, or Eugene, OR.The successful candidate will be closing solution-based sales while meeting or exceeding targets on a year-by-year basis for our growing LINC Service Division.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Drive entire sales territory for prospecting and client meetingsAchieve or exceed sales goals and metricsCommunicate complex problems into simple explanationsDeal with a complex sale and multi-level decision-makersBuild and maintain rapport and positive working relations with the sales team to resolve problems, find opportunities, and maximize profitsPrepare complete, clear, and concise reports, proposals, booking packages, paperwork, and CRM dataLearn to identify customer needs by influencing the customer via a value proposition saleDevelop the ability to qualify prospects, set effective appointments, follow up on leads and referrals and answer questions and objectionsDevelop an understanding of the prospect's decision-making process, address customer concerns, and commit the prospect to a decision-making timetableResearch the prospect's organization and influence the customer to buy through a thorough analysis of their organizational needsClimb ladders to access rooftop units when necessaryIdentify equipment conditions, survey mechanical systems, recognize project opportunities, and recommend maintenance requirementsMore About YouTo qualify, you will need 2+ years of sales experience, and a valid driver's license with clean driving abstract.The following skills and experience will be strong assets:Prior HVAC experiencePrior B2B sales experienceComfortable with cold-calling/prior cold-calling experience is requiredThe ability to work comfortably with heights is requiredStrong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a sales CRM programStrong presentation and negotiation abilityAs our ideal candidate, you are a highly motivated, results-driven, and solutions-oriented individual.
