: Eugene, ORDuration: July 2022 July 2023 (1yr contract potential to extend) or perm transition.Reason for coverage: re-open clinic.Schedule: Monday Friday 9-5.30 6-hour per day hours based on provider.Call: N/APatient volume: 4-8 patients per day. Picking up new location. (30 min appointments for now)Scope: outpatient primary care with heavy BH: ADD/ADHD, personality disorder, anxiety/depressionEMR: NextGenHospital: walk in clinic no apptGroup/support: 12 exam rooms: PC team 1 provider, MA, 1 scribe + nursing staff: walk-in triage everyone is trained in de-escalationRequirements (boards, license): FP/IM BC, OR licensed + covid vaccine + boosters (per OR bylaws Travel, Accommodations, and Malpractice - PAID for locum opportunities ?
