Job Description:
A company is looking for a Seller Onboarding Specialist who is
passionate about helping new sellers learn the ins and outs of
selling on their live shopping platform.
Key Responsibilities
Implement training materials to onboard new sellers via virtual
group calls
Host two onboarding sessions daily and respond to seller questions
during training
Work with the team to refine training materials and create virtual
content
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as a training specialist or manager
Comfortable on camera and addressing large groups
Ability to create intuitive presentation decks
Strong learning ability and self-starting attitude
Excellent technical skills, particularly with mobile apps
