Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand function strategy,
goals, and vision
Develop and execute organization-specific people plans and roadmaps
aligned with business needs
Drive key talent initiatives and resolve complex people matters to
enhance organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Over 10 years of HR Business Partner experience, with 5+ years
supporting senior VP+ leaders in global companies
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Management; Master's
preferred
Strong business acumen and adaptability in high-growth tech
environments
Experience in managing confidential information and building trust
across organizational levels
