Job Description:
A company is looking for a Crisis & Referral Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, texts, and chats from individuals in need of
support
Conduct safety screenings and assessments to determine risks and
needs
Collaborate with individuals to create action plans based on their
needs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of one year of behavioral health experience or six months
of direct crisis experience
BS/BA in mental health or a related field preferred
Two years of experience in behavioral health services preferred
Strong typing and computer skills required
