  • Manage Helpdesk system: Investigate user problems, gather data, and identify their source; determine possible solutions; and test and implement solutions.
  • Provide hardware and software support for computers, scanners, phones, printers, conference room equipment and other technical devices.
  • One-on-one training: conference room usage, projection of different systems, VPN/remoting, Mimecast, Certify, Elephant Drive.
  • Use basic networking skills to determine issues with local network.
  • Support and develop technical documentation for users and IT staff, as needed.
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees by providing information systems orientation and training to new and existing employees.Preventative Maintenance Measures
    • Adhere to preventative maintenance schedule to keep equipment in working order.
    • Administer, maintain, troubleshoot antivirus software on server and deploy/manage on clients.
    • Schedule hardware upgrades and security patches to ensure a secure and trouble-free environment.Asset Management
      • Organize and manage IT assets, including organizing storage space; labeling equipment; installing hardware and software; and supporting office and desk moves.
      • Ongoing Security updates for virtual, local, and remote clients and servers.
      • Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory.WHAT YOU KNOW & HAVE EXPERIENCED:
        • 1-3+ years of proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other equivalent customer support role or IT certifications
        • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, and domain environments
        • Proficient with Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365 Suite with Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
        • Technical savvy with working knowledge of a multitude of end user support tools
        • Technical aptitude to learn new tasks and skills quickly
        • Experience working in a collaborative, team environment
