Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking an ICAM Architect
to support a newly awarded federal contract. This position is 100%

Requirements:
--- Understand latest architecture, technology, solutions, and
industry trends.
--- Provide technical leadership and is responsible for the
delivery of the technical architectural design, strategies and
plans on an ongoing basis.
--- Manage configuration and layout of enterprise
infrastructure.
--- Perform necessary infrastructure maintenance in accordance with
policies.
--- Research and recommend best practices, as applicable, for the
following areas: business continuity, high availability, backup,
recovery and archiving.
--- Perform capacity planning and disaster recovery planning and
design as applicable.
--- Recommend Changes to procedures which result in operational
optimization.
--- Participate in root cause analysis reviews when applicable.
--- Promote shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs
and improve information flows, and ensure that Projects do not
duplicate infrastructure or diverge from business and IT
strategies.
--- Lead development of policies, standards, and guidelines that
direct the selection, development, implementation and use of
Infrastructure and Information Technology within the
enterprise.
--- Work with stakeholders, both leadership and subject matter
experts, to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy,
processes, information, and information technology assets and align
the business goals with its IT strategy.
--- Perform infrastructure capacity planning and ensure system
environments are adequately scalable for anticipated growth and
availability.
--- Manage risks associated with information and IT assets through
appropriate standards and security policies.
--- Perform necessary assessment and prepare recommendations for
improvements.
--- Conduct and lead design activities including technology
architecture, server topology, and environment placement.
--- Manage or coordinate environment implementation in close
cooperation with related teams to gain consensus and establish
policies and standards.
Qualifications:
--- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent
combination of education and/or experience.
--- Minimum 8 years of experience in ICAM tools
development/implementation, infrastructure/technology environment,
including understanding of ICAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk,
etc.
--- Advanced knowledge of identity technologies/concepts, AD, SSO,
federated identities, ICAM security knowledge, credential and
access management tools and services, PAM, SAML, OIC, SCIM, federal
regulations such as NIST guidelines, and security regulations
--- Advanced knowledge of replication, backup, and disaster
recovery design; knowledge of IT governance and operations
--- Advanced understanding of ICAM technology infrastructure and
server topology; comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software,
application, and systems engineering.
--- Ability to assess existing ICAM solutions and make
recommendations on best practices for architectural components
--- Experience in developing TO-BE architecture, concept of
operations, and transformation roadmaps
--- Strong capability and extensive experience in capturing
technical requirements and defining technical solutions in the form
of conceptual, logical, and physical designs.
--- Experience in developing cost models, technical delivery plans,
technical solutions, basis of estimates (BOEs) and Bill of
Materials (BOM) development.
--- Experience architecting solutions around cloud architecture,
specifically Microsoft Azure.
--- Enhances security team accomplishments and competence by
planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural
questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved
processes; mentoring team members.
--- Adheres to industry standards (e.g. FICAM) in planning,
evaluating and implementing ICAM technologies
--- Excellent communication skills (written and oral); ability to
explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people
may understand.
