Description: Job Description:
Determine and Define market readiness strategy for supported
product, develop project/ implementation plan and apply the product
go to market framework in collaboration with GlobalNet application
team, multiple client support areas and internal stakeholders such
as legal, compliance, audit and finance/billing.
Accountable for the Go To Market strategy and methodology for
launch of enhanced application in 2022. Target audience is Diners
Club issuers, acquirers, processors, Net 2 Nets, their relationship
managers and account executives as well as various internal
stakeholders reliant on reporting generated by Financial
Information Data Collection tool. (a Web Application)
Able to execute on your plan to deliver all suitable To Market
Materials including Trainings and Webinars as required for
successful launch and correct use of application by all current
users and new users.
Write comprehensive, accurate, legal-approved product documentation
for use by internal stakeholders and external partners. Examples:
Application User Manuals, Support guides, Product FAQs, self
service recorded trainings, etc..
Strategy and materials should educate existing and new users how to
use new application and get the most out of its new product
features and system enhancements.
All Client Communications need to be reviewed and approved by
various internal stakeholders including Legal intime for product
launch.
Strong communications skills are required to drive this effort.
Experience in creating and delivering content for external
communications including webinars is strongly desired.
Mandatory Skills:
B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Sciences,
Information Technology or related experience
