Description: Our client is currently seeking a Service Now Business Analyst

Relevant Experience (in Yrs): 5 + years
Technical/Functional Skills : Service Now - ITSM(Incident, Problem & Change Mgmt),CMDB module
Experience Required: 9 + years
Roles & Responsibilities:
---Responsible for identifying which Configuration Item (CI) types, CI attributes, and CI relationships are tracked in the CMDB
---Defines and documents the processes and procedures for creating and maintaining CIs and CI data
---Assists the Configuration Manager with audits and reports to ensure process compliance and the accuracy of the CMDB
---Responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of the IT Configuration Mgt. framework including governance and control, standards, processes, procedures, policies, and communications
---Works with CI Data Owners and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of the CMDB data is maintained and all CIs are up-to-date
---Ensures that the CI Data Owners can effectively manage their CI data
---Evaluates requests for new CI classes, CI attributes, and CI relationship types
---Defines, creates, and monitors CI data health reports / dashboards and works with the CI Data Owners to resolve any issues.
---Defines the scope CI data audits, documents the audit processes, ensures the audits take place, and any issues identified are resolved
---Defines, implements, and improves CI data governance processes as needed
---Ensures the CI data is managed using the approved processes
---Manages the design, development, and implementation of process and / or CMDB enhancements

Qualifications:
--- 4 years' ServiceNow experience with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM)
--- 2 years' experience with the ServiceNow CMDB and how it supports other ITSM processes (e.g.: Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Mgt.)
--- Experience working with stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize requirements for process and ServiceNow enhancements
--- Experience creating, managing, and prioritizing enhancement development stories with business requirements, acceptance criteria, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) and working with stakeholders to complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment and production verification.
--- Experience defining and documenting governance processes and procedures and ensuring that the processes are followed
--- Experience creating CI Data Health reports and working with CI Data Owners to identify and resolve CI data gaps to maintain CI data accuracy
--- Experience working with CI Data Owners to define, document, and implement CI Data audits
