Relevant Experience Years:

• 
  
• 10+ years in Identity and Access Management technologies; 5+ years in Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager covering planning, architecture, design, implementations, integrations and migrations; At least 1 FIM end-to-end migration project experience and 2 end-to-end FIM implementation project experience

    • In depth understanding of FIM/MIM components, services and dependencies
      
    • Previous experience leading FIM/MIM architecture and design
      
    • Previous experience in FIM environment setup, configuration and deployment
      
    • Previous experience in FIM implementation and integrations with upstream and downstream applications, directories and databases for provisioning and synchronization
      
    • Previous experience in FIM env. migrations
      
    • Previous experience preparing implementation plans and migration plans with detailed activities and dependencies
      
    • Good knowledge and experience working with Active Directory, LDAP, Databases, SQL and PowerShell
      
    • Should be methodical with attention to details
      
    • Skilled in coordinating with other teams to manage dependencies on other teams and stakeholders
      
    • Skilled in anticipating problems and roadblocks and effectivley communicating and managing them
      
    • Excellent communication skills with team leadership ability
      
    • Excellent client facing and presentation skills.
      
    • Ability to work under fixed timelines and meet deadlines
      
      Roles & Responsibilities
      
      
      • 
        
      • Work closely with customer FIM technical team to understand current environment, gather requirements and plan FIM migration activities
        
      • Prepare migration plan and activities for FIM env. migration across data centers
        
      • Work with AD, Wintel, Infrastructure and Data Center migration teams to plan and execute FIM env. migration
        
      • Update FIM env. and configuration documentation
        
      • Plan, Architect, Design and implement new directory synchronization
