for you! Your JobThis entry level position in Halsey, OR starts
with an hourly rate of $24.35/hour with opportunities to progress.
Successful candidates for this role must be available to work a
rotating (days & nights) 12-hour schedule including weekends,
holidays, and overtime.Start date: June 19th. What You Will
DoOperate equipment to defined standards and product specification
targetsMonitor and/or entry into computer control
systemsTroubleshoot equipment to optimize productionPerform basic
asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and
cleaning of work areaWork as a team to help meet or exceed
production, waste, quality, and safety goalsOperate and/or work
around mobile equipmentMaintain strict adherence to safety rules
and regulations, to include wearing safety equipmentPerform tasks
such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing
and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy,
and industrial, high-volume environmentWho You Are (Basic
Qualifications)Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDExperience
working with computersAt least six (6) months experience working in
an industrial, manufacturing, military, construction, production,
warehouse, loading/unloading, fishing or logging environmentWhat
Will Put You AheadAdvanced degree/certification in engineering,
electrical/mechanical systems, paper manufacturing, or
reliabilityTwo (2) or more years of experience in an industrial or
manufacturing environmentTwo (2) or more years of experience in the
pulp and paper industryOne (1) or more years of experience in
maintenance or reliabilityExperience with basic mechanical
maintenance and/or machine troubleshooting Our goal is for each
