Responsible for recruiting and developing broker relationships
nationally for the individual dental product s using telephone and
web conference technique s . Responsible for meeting i ndividual
dental product sales goals and objectives through brokers How you
will contribute: Targeting strategy optimiz ing o pportunities by
product design and geography for sales success . D evelops sales
activity by recruiting new and further developing established b
roker relationships. Delivers sales presentations to b rokers by
web conference techniques . Optimizes closing opportunities by
utilizing sales tools and previously developed professional skills
. Ensures accurate documentation of leads and sales received from
all sources. Collects competitive intelligence and shares with
management . Recommends the most effective means of solving issues.
Assists in sales forecasting activities and setting performance
goals. Works in matrix environment and e stablishes positive
internal relationships with o ther department personnel such as
customer service and finance . May occasionally a ttend external
local networking events for purpose of recruiting and educating
brokers Create s PURL links and collects proper documentation for
broker appointments. Adeptly navigating w ebsite to demonstrate the
company's shopping, quoting, and enroll ment tool for broker's use.
Prioritizes and provides timely and accurate responses to all
brokers and internal colleagues Performs other duties as assigned.
What you will bring with you: High School Diploma or equivalency
required Two years of experience in telephonic insurance sales with
brokers Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and
Outlook Preferred : Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare
Administration or related field Physical Demands Incumbent must be
able to communicate effectively. Requires overall light physical
effort (up to 25lbs.) Manual dexterity and sitting is required in
carrying out own position responsibilities (i.e. use of personal
