Your Impact:The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in producing and providing accurate, efficient billing and customer care services to the SkyBitz Customer base. This position will serve as the primary contact for our customers and is responsible for the gathering and analysis of Customer data, specific to associated recurring and one-time services, the generation/processing of associated Customer invoices; and the support and resolution of any identified billing errors.Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop detailed knowledge of SkyBitz solutions
  • Work with the sales organization to ensure data accuracy in Salesforce.com
  • Process orders, new and replacement, for customers (internal and external) as required
  • Support sales team members with account setup, order processing, billing issues, shipping, and escalations
  • Review and maintain contract accuracy to include ordering, changes to contract, trial conversion, and reactivations
  • Evaluate operational procedures: develop and recommend new/revised methods for process and automation improvements and implement solutions
  • Assist with design and implement system & process workflows necessary to support the launch of new products
  • Support GTM (Go-To-Market) campaigns and track performance from leads to contract execution
  • Create and support learning programs for all sales onboarding and continuous education -
  • Respond to multiple ad hoc analyses and requests from senior management as related to critical business issues Experience & Accomplishments:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Accounting or Finance
    • 2 + years of professional experience
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
    • Intermediate Level Excel Experience Needed
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet deadlines, and able to handle multiple demands efficiently -Preferred Skills, Abilities & Knowledge:
      • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application such as Salesforce
      • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application such as Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains)
      • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within billing and customer care processes.
