the sale.About the role:As an Outside Sales Representative, you
will actively hunt for growth opportunities to drive our business
forward. You will establish, develop, and maintain positive
business and customer relationships to understand customer needs
and provide the right mix of ADESA products and services to meet
those needs. You will contribute to and enjoy the rewards of
success in an innovative atmosphere, as a valued member of our
ADESA community.Primary duties include:
- Actively pursue and engage with prospects
- Generate new business leads and close deals
- Effectively execute ADESA's Dealer Sales strategy
- Prospect, upsell, and manage accounts to ensure growth in
vehicles sold and purchased
- Engage with customers and employees in a transparent, reliable,
and positive manner
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services
- Maximize technologyAbout you:You are a true sales hunter,
highly self-motivated to drive sales and close deals. You're
persistent, focused, and have a knack for connecting with others.
You enjoy networking within the automotive industry and with
dealers to stay connected to the local market and identify
opportunities. Your communication skills are top notch and you use
them consistently to close the deal.You will experience success if
you possess these attributes:
- Team oriented and live by our core values
- Driven, achievement-oriented attitude, and positive
mindset
- Sales-focused, with an innovative and systematic approach
- High School or GED required; College education preferred
- Proven success in sales
- Territory management experience
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possesses a valid
