Compensation highlights:



--- Earning potential 12k-30k+ per month
--- Average build-to-rent home is $300,000 ($144,000 - $360,000 Annual)
--- 1% ($3,000) commission of build cost paid up-front at the initial contract
--- Investors buying multiple deals is the norm
--- Opportunity to grow with the team and become a senior consultant and earn even more

Responsibilities:
--- Follow up on leads for interested investors
--- Set up initial discovery calls to see if investors are a good fit
--- Guide prospective investors to set up an online zoom consultation
--- Gain an understanding of prospective investors' goals and objective
--- LinkedIn Outreach (Automatic System)
--- Networking with investment groups
--- Cold Phone Calls (Database)
--- A-players can book 3-5 Appointments a day and close 10 to 15 deals a month

Qualifications:
--- A passion for real estate is a must and investment experience is a huge plus
--- Has superb interpersonal and communication & negotiation skills
--- 2+ Years of experience in sales with a proven track record.
--- Previous sales training is huge
--- Strong work ethic
--- Self-motivated
--- IT literate (CRM, email, Microsoft Office)
--- Solid understanding of cash flow property investing
--- A general understanding of land development and construction is a plus
