Responsibilities:
--- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
--- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results
--- Perform analysis on property value using comps, google street view etc.
--- Phone-Based Selling - You are on the phone the majority of the day talking with potential sellers

Qualifications:
--- Phone sales experience is preferred
