We -have -extremely high DPL real estate investing coaching leads -consistently pouring in, more so now than ever before (because they are NOT coming from seminars). -We -are seeking to add a new first class Setter and/or Closer to our existing extremely successful -virtual sales floor. -Work from home using our cloud-based dialer. Extremely aggressive commissions. Perhaps the best in the -industry -(Our commissions are so high because we have very low sales floor overhead, extremely high DPL leads and low returns/chargebacks due to our fantastic fulfillment.) -Real Estate Coaching Services (RECS) provides real estate investing education and coaching programs to customers in the US and Canada. You can sell our programs with absolute confidence that we help people become successful in real estate. -This is a consultative phone sales role speaking with warm leads who are seeking to join our real estate coaching program. No cold calling. You will only be selling highly qualified leads that have recently reached out to our company regarding our service and are waiting to speaking with you. -At RECS, there is a tremendous opportunity for you to make fabulous money selling an industry leading service. • Must be a self-starter, able to stay on task with no need for constant oversight (we're not going to babysit you...we're looking for first class professionals who thrive when left alone to work and produce results)
• Ability to meet weekly dialing quotas and sales goals. - Customer success focused by using an exploratory, consultative sales approach to determine the best products and services to fit the customer's needs.
• Positive attitude and passion for seeing others succeed. -Qualifications: -The following qualifications will give you the best chance at getting this position: -
  • Experience with selling real estate, financial, internet and/or personal development coaching/mentoring programs over the phone through a two part (setter/closer) process. -(we're not begging for prospects to be a our customer, prospects are striving to qualify to be our customers)
  • Experience dialing leads generated from the internet (as opposed to from seminars or infomercials) is preferred.
  • A personal requirement to be making big money in life (Those who have a broke mentality and want to barely eek by financially need not apply).
  • Strong oral & written communication and listening skills.
