Job DescriptionFarmers Insurance is in search of some new faces to join our team! We are looking for entrepreneurial minded and sales driven professionals to apply. This position is a Sales position with unlimited income potential and the ability to work your way into being a business owner and your own boss! • Starting Base Pay is $2500-$3500/Month DOE, Plus Commissions and Bonuses.
• Our top performers make on average an EXTRA $1500/Month in Commission.
• Commissions are paid both upfront for new sales and for each policy renewal after, which gives you the opportunity for a raise very 6 months! We are one of the few insurance companies that offer this type residual income.

    Responsibilities
    • 
      Network to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources like social media, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
    • You will consult customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers.
    • Work with a mentor agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
    • Attend training classes to hone your skills.
    • Attend Networking and community events to build relationships with the public
      
      Requirements
      
      • A motivated salesperson: When a lead comes in, you skillfully pick up the phone and use your expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident clients.
      • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensed (we can help you navigate the process to obtain these licenses)
      • Successful in meeting sales goals (at least 1-2 years of sales experience)
      • Excellent in communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
      • Comfortable dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound phone activity.
      • Able to complete and pass a background check.
