Sales Manager for Hard Money Lending Business

Fixated Funding is in need of a qualified sales manager that can help recruit, train, and lead a group of stellar loan officers and help real estate investors fulfill their investment lending needs.

Fixated Funding LLC was originally created to be solely a boutique hard money lender for experienced real estate investors specializing in single-family residential properties and small multi-family. With current market demands, Fixated Funding and its services are needed now more than ever for the real estate investor community, we are ready to scale and grow.

The right person for this position is someone that is already familiar with Tarl Yarber and his team, and wants to be a part of something bigger.

Compensation is a mix of base plus commission/overrides of sales team.

Responsibilities:
--- Embody the Fixated brand core values at all times (Don't F* with our Reputation, Extreme Ownership, Get After It, and NO BS)
--- Lead and train existing loan officers
--- Source, recruit, and train a thriving motivated team of badass Loan Officers
--- Develop and manage the company's CRM, assign leads, develop funnels, marketing campaigns, email communications, and more
--- Manage Loan Officer call volume, develop sales scripts, assist in closing borrowers, and increase effectiveness of the sales team
--- Work hand in hand with underwriting and processing to help ensure clean borrower files, solve issues that arise and provide excellent communications to borrowers throughout the loan process
--- Team up with Fixated Funding's operations manager to help create better company product guidelines, sales materials, and processes for the company and sales teams
--- Travel when needed to conferences and events that Fixated Funding is sponsoring, managing all exhibitor and lead gen needs for the event
--- Develop lead gen for the company and sales teams, promoting the lending company to the real estate investor community
--- Work through the company's proprietary portal for all loan applications and processing
--- Adhere to all legal and compliance regulations required by law for the company, ensure that all legal compliance is followed by all sales teams

Qualifications:
--- Real Estate Investment experience is required. We want someone that knows what it is like to be on the other side of the table, in our borrower's shoes.

--- Hard Money lending experience is highly preferred, if not then lending industry experience is required
--- Familiar with Tarl Yarber and our company brand, Fixated Real Estate, Fixated Events, and Fixated Funding.
--- Prior sales management and sales team leadership experience
--- Extreme interest and/or passion for the real estate investment sector
