Daily life looks like meeting with homeowners to evaluate their property and offer real estate solutions. IRBY provides top-notch training on the process and details of calculating property conditions, repairs, and desirability. In order to be considered qualified, applicants will have business-to-consumer sales experience with proven negotiating skills.

Responsibilities:
--- Schedule and coordinate sales appointments through cold-calling, following up with leads and generating referrals
--- Qualify sales prospects in a professional and timely manner
--- Follow established procedures and checklists to evaluate properties and formulate offers
--- Negotiate face-to-face with sellers on the purchase of their property
--- Long-term, aggressive follow-up with sales prospects
--- Willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of clients
--- Help to develop and implement improvements strategies with the goal of increasing revenue
--- Enter all relevant notes into the company CRM on a daily basis
--- Assist the Company with other projects as needed

Qualifications:
--- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
--- Direct-to-consumer sales experience
--- COACHABLE with a strong desire to learn and follow processes
--- Thrives in a true team environment
--- Fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels
--- Organized and resourceful operator
--- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
--- Positive, problem-solving mindset
--- Must pass a background check
