Job Description:

F5 Mortgage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in sales, specifically with previous experience working with mortgage leads. This role is ideal for individuals who are coachable, driven to succeed, and eager to excel in the mortgage industry. Responsibilities:

Gather documents such as applicant's credit history, income and employment verification, assets and liabilities, and background check to determine creditworthiness
Find ideal mortgage product and lender for potential borrowers by researching competitive mortgage rates and interest rates and negotiating terms
Counsel applicants and home buyers on various loan products, buying or refinance process, prospective lenders, and lending guidelines
Submit application file to lenders in order to apply on the homeowners' behalf
Conduct a thorough interview to determine each applicant/ potential borrower's specific lending or refinance needs
--- Handle a high volume of inbound application calls from clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and attentiveness to their needs and requirements

Qualifications:

Current NMLS licensure or National Association of Mortgage Broker license or certification required
Have a strong understanding of loan products and loan process from origination to close
Comfortable with loan origination software and MS office
Superior time management, communication and analysis skills and independently resourceful
