development. The Role: As an Outside Sales Consultant , you will
play a pivotal role in our growth and success by providing roofing
and exterior improvement solutions to homeowners. You will conduct
in-home inspections, assess customer needs, and deliver compelling
presentations to help homeowners make informed decisions. Our ideal
candidate is an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a strong
work ethic and a customer-first mindset. You must be comfortable
working in residential environments, climbing ladders, walking on
roofs, and inspecting attic spaces. A company vehicle is provided.
Key Responsibilities: Follow up on company-provided leads ,
complete bids, and close sales. Conduct multiple in-home roofing
and exterior inspections daily. Identify customer needs, provide
tailored solutions, and guide them through the consultation
process. Deliver dynamic, company-approved presentations to educate
and inform homeowners. Maintain a professional and organized
appearance, including vehicle and sales materials. Participate in
sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows. Ensure all
necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly
completed. Adhere to company sales processes and best practices.
Qualifications: Required: Valid driver's license with a clean
driving record & background check. Comfortable working on roofs,
climbing ladders, and accessing attics. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills to establish rapport and build trust.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as
part of a team. Ability to present complex information in an
easy-to-understand manner. Ability to use CRM software, Microsoft
Office, and iOS tools. Must be comfortable working in various
weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Preferred: In-home
sales or home improvement sales experience (roofing experience not
required). Initial Training: Comprehensive paid training program;
2-week classroom training with additional field training Paid
training class session (expenses covered) *Must be comfortable with
2 weeks paid training - potentially in another city* Schedule &
Work Environment: Flexible weekly schedule with evening and weekend
appointments as needed. Regularly engaged in outside sales,
requiring travel to customer locations. Compensation: Initial
training pay Post training uncapped commission structure (1st year
earnings target $145-$200K). Pre-set and pre-qualified leads
provided by our call center & marketing team. Performance-based
bonus opportunities. Location: Springfield OR Job Type: Full-time
FLSA: Exempt Compensation & Benefits Disclosure Compensation for
this role may be provided as hourly pay, salary, commission,
piece-rate, bonuses, incentives, or a combination of these methods,
depending on the position. The "Estimate of Total Expected Annual
Earnings" listed reflects our good-faith estimate of what we
reasonably expect to pay for this role, based on factors such as
experience, skills, candidate geographic location, state the job is
located in, historical trends, and business needs. Actual earnings
may vary. Where required by law, we also provide a general

off, and other employee programs. Estimate of total expected annual
