Responsibilities Engage with potential and existing clients to
understand their insurance needs. Develop and present tailored
insurance proposals for auto, home, and life policies. Provide
exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and claims
efficiently. Process policy applications, renewals, and
endorsements accurately. Collaborate with the team to achieve
agency growth targets. Stay updated on industry trends and product
offerings. Requirements Oregon Property & Casualty License
(Preferred but not Required) Minimum 2 years of experience in
insurance sales or customer service. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build rapport and trust
with clients. Proficiency in using agency management systems and
standard office software. A proactive and solutions-oriented
approach.
