Job Description:
Description PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced,
mission-minded Pediatrician (0.6 FTE) to join our compassionate
team in Florence, a scenic coastal town centrally located on the
Oregon Coast. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys
mentoring, collaborative care, and helping shape pediatric services
in a rural community setting. Position Highlights - Primarily
outpatient practice with 3 flexible clinic days/week (8-hour
shifts) - 120'150 on-call days/year, supporting low-acuity birth
center - Opportunity to mentor primary care teams and help build
out pediatric ER support - Work closely with a collaborative care
team including Integrated Behavioral Health Specialist, Social
Worker, Diabetic Educator, Care Management RN, Palliative Care &
Women's Health, Wound Care, Scribe Service (DAX) Compensation &
Benefits - First Year Salary Guarantee: $265,000, plus $700 per

Qualifications - M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent - Completion of
an ACGME/AOA-accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency or
RCPSC-accredited Canadian Pediatric Residency - Unrestricted Oregon
medical license (or ability to obtain) - Certification in BLS,
ACLS, or PALS within 30 days of hire - Experience in mentoring and
interest in rural pediatric care development preferred PeaceHealth
