Job Description Job Description Mechanical Project Manager Commercial HVAC & Plumbing Portland, OR Our client, a mid-sized Mechanical Contract, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial project work in the greater Portland area. This is a permanent direct hire position. This person may oversee multiple projects at a time ranging up to $25MM. This person could be hired as a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER pending the right experience. Requirements: MUST HAVE a minimum of 6 years as a Project Manager over commercial plumbing & HVAC projects. MUST HAVE previous experience as a Project Manager overseeing $5MM commercial projects: universities, office buildings, pharmaceutical, high rises, hospitals/healthcare, warehouses, data centers, etc. Must have the ability to indirectly oversee superintendents and project engineers. Previous experience MUST be recent with a subcontractor who self-performs TI or new construction Plumbing, HVAC piping & sheet metal installation. Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred. Estimating experience strongly preferred.
