Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Building Solutions LLC has an
immediate opening for an Outside Salesperson working in Contractor
Sales. This is a full-time position responsible for all sales
activities for contractor accounts. The ideal candidate will need
to have knowledge of home building and the materials used in
construction, and be able to demonstrate selling skills that are
professionally and technically tailored to customer needs.
Qualifications: Ability to read blueprints and complete take-offs
for doors, windows, and millwork. Knowledge of residential home
building. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Outlook. High
School Graduate. Possess a valid driver's license with good driving
record. Previous outside sales experience. Purchasing. Scheduling /
Organization. Professional selling skills. Ability to problem
solve. Proven track record of creating new customer accounts.
